Secure Adobe Flash
One of the simplest ways to increase your security with Adobe Flash is to set your internet browser to prompt you before running any Flash content on any websites you visit.  This stops Adobe Flash being used for malicious purposes from a zero day vulnerability after visiting a hacked website. I like how this works in the Google Chrome browser as you actually have to click on the actual Flash element within the webpage, while in Internet Explorer you get a prompt asking to run Flash, which isn’t as secure.

First though, make sure you are using the most up to date version of Flash Player by visiting:
